Emarald

May's birthstone is the emerald which is emblematic of love and success. An emerald is a green gemstone which is the perfect colour for May and Spring as the wildlife comes out of winter and starts to sprout new life. An emerald is a gorgeous precious stone which can often be found in traditional jewellery such as the ring above – in honour of May’s birthstone we’ve put together a gorgeous collection below of the green blinds we currently have available on the website. To be classed as a beautiful emerald the stone must possess not only a pure green hue, but also a high degree of transparency to be considered a top gem which is why we have included our dark greens and light greens in this blog.

Capri Jade:

Emarald Jade Blinds

Although the name of this blind fabric does feature the name of another precious stone we still thought it was a lovely green colour and should be rightfully shown in this blog. This is Capri Jade Vision Rollers – as I’m sure you know by now from our previous vision roller blogs, this type of blind has a single control which is used to slide opaque and translucent woven stripes past each other. The front layer moves independently of the back allowing the stripes to glide between each other creating an open and closed effect, with limitless light control.

Artisan Teal:

Artisan Teal BlindThis fabric is Artisan Teal and it is a roman blind fabric and can be found on the website under the roman blind materials with three other colour ways this blind style comes in but for this blog we will be focusing on the green. The is a lovely coloured blind which has a hessian effect with tones of cool teal woven together giving a denim type affect. This luxurious colour fabric is perfect for rustic, traditional homes. This material also has a slight sheen finish to it which add some extra glitz to this more muted colour and style.

If you like either of the fabric featured in this blog you can find them here with these two links Capri Jade Vision Roller Blindl and Artisan Teal Roman Blind.
