Wildlife Day

This week we celebrate Wildlife day, it’s a day to remind us of all the creatures we have in our world and how we need to take care of them because they can’t speak for themselves. To help celebrate the life of some of the wonderful animals we have we thought we’d put together a compilation of our blinds which feature animals on them.

Zoo Time BlindThis first one is one from our children’s range, it’s called Zoo Time and it comes as a roman blind. Roman blinds are known as sophisticated blinds due to the thick luxurious material that’s used to create them. This Zoo Time blind is fantastic for a child's bedroom or play room. This fun array of animals with their bold colours on a light cream background gives a happy finish to your child's decor. This blind has loads of lovely animals including giraffe’s, elephant’s, zebra’s, lion’s and hibbo’s on it, many of these animals are endangered such as the Asian Elephant – this blind would not only be cute but also be a great teaching tool and what Wildlife Day is all about. You can teach your little ones about how we must take care of what we have today and appreciate it.

Osprey Blinds

Osprey BlindsThis is Osprey Grey is a sophisticated fabric with an orchard print in white on a grey background. With its bird and flower print, this blind gives an airy, natural feel to a room. This blind doesn’t have any specific birds but rather is a block bold print of a bird. Osprey also comes in the colour Duck Egg which is equally as lovely but just slightly brighter and more of a summery feel and it comes in a colour called Natural which is a beige option. All are the same pattern with the flower and bird print just the differing background colours, and it’s completely down to personal preference which you go for. This pattern would easily work in a variety of rooms but it’s been most popular for bedrooms and lounges.

Aporia BlindThis blind fabric is called Aporia and it’s a Roller blind fabric. This has been included in our wildlife blog because it has beautiful butterflies included on it, in a variety of colours. This blind has a light ashy white background with a gorgeous floral, leaf and butterfly pattern. This blind as you can see from the images would work well in a dinner room. The colours are subtle but the pattern speaks for itself, the perfect option for a modern or rustic home.
